We were commissioned to design a "green" distillery all centred on the historic 19th Century granary building by the entrance to Huntly.
A "boutique" distillery, this does not aim to compete with the scale of operation of the bigger brands but to create a unique and special identity.
Our proposals were unanimously applauded by Councillors and Aberdeenshire Council Planning Officials.
